Things are Common LLC's The Cubiverse is a non-avatar, profile-based, 3-D social networking platform. Each users profile is a Flash-based 3-D Cube, rather than a 2-D html page, that can be customized with representative and functional objects. Users populate their Cube with representative objects, such as furniture, clothing, consumer products and functional objects such as televisions, mp3 players and cell phones. For example, video can be served to the television and watched online in the Cube. Additionally, cell phones in Cubes can be used to initiate real-time messaging. Importantly, this means that users interact directly not only with objects in the Cube but also with other users concurrently in The Cubiverse.
